Thursday Playroom Moms (bonus post just for you)

You never hear from me on a Saturday, but this is for you, Kim. :)
I have my own cleaning list that I made up--which I am willing to share if you want me to. But, you can look at the household forms on Money Saving Mom by clicking here and see her cleaning schedule. Use this to get your own started as it will give you a general idea.  I always say use it for your own ideas, because what works for you can be quite different. I have felt since breaking up the cleaning over days during the week that it is much more manageable than trying to do it all at once.  Same with Laundry, but I know that others may feel differently. The point is to figure out what works best for you! Good Luck and keep me posted!

Organize your TIME! :)

As much as having a house that is organized is nice. Having your time be more organized helps in the long run to keeping that house in order. So, how can I organize my time?

1.) Make a list of things you need to accomplish in a week.
2.) Then make a list of things you want to accomplish.
3.) Start breaking up your day into time blocks.
4.) Be sure to leave wiggle room or flex time because we all know life happens.
5.) Remember you are one person you can't do it all. Give yourself some slack.
6.) Look at your time blocks through the week and start placing your tasks in those blocks. The need to accomplish first, then the want to accomplish.
7.) Be realistic with your time blocks.
8.) When you create this plan, be flexible to change it. You'll revise it as the weeks go on. So save this in a file on your computer so you can revise it as needed and it won't take a lot of time to do.
9.) Remember your plan doesn't have to be hour by hour--just in blocks.
10.) That's the first step in organizing your time. Now, get the time organized!

Feel like you need help? You may be in luck. I am willing to help one person with their time blocks for a week. In order to be considered, you need to leave a comment. Then, we will randomly pick a person that I will help get their time organized. I will announce that winner next Tuesday.
