Inspire Me- I was touched...
I was touched by a comment that was left a while ago. The person was saying that I somehow inspired them in this blog land. I was honored. I was also taken back. Me, inspirational? I sometimes wonder why people keep coming back to read my blog. Let alone the fact that someone thought I was inspirational!
They pointed out my Faith. And since I try to live my life in a way that others will see my beliefs and know what I stand for, I was honored that in some way that has come though on this blog too.
But, I fall short at times. As hard as I try, I will never have the perfect words or thoughts all the time. But, I am blessed because I serve a God that knows that and loves me anyway!

Inspire Me- I will follow
I will follow
This was a choice our Little Man had and he chose to follow Jesus for his life. He had to make that choice, we couldn't make it for him. I knew the decision I wanted him to make but, I knew it had to be his. As a baby he was dedicated and then at a young age he made that decision and he asked Jesus to live in his heart. We were glad but, we wanted him to really understand what he was signing up for. He really does and he was baptized Easter Sunday. What a blessing for us all. I am in awe of Little Man every single day.

Inspire Me!
This weeks inspiration comes in the form of a song. Are you even just having one of those days, you know the ones. You look for your keys, can't find them. Then, you wonder where you phone went, so you call it. (Tell me I am not the only one that has done that!) If so, then this may help put a smile on your face. Remember, it's just stuff and HE is using this STUFF too. :)

Inspire Me!
Who inspires you? What inspires you? Know of an inspiring story, song, person, etc. please share it with us or share a link with us. We'd love to get a variety of inspirational stories to share.
There are people all around me that inspire me. For instance, I have a friend that moved to China. She left the comforts of having family near to move to a land she knew little about with her husband and 2 young children. She's adventurous. She's trying new things, experiencing life in a way she would not have had she stayed here. By the way, we will be sharing a recipe from her on this blog soon. Trust me you won't want to miss it. I look at her and she inspires me to be more adventurous.
That is just one person of the MANY that inspire me. I live with two people who inspire me everyday! But, I chose to focus on this friend because I wanted a way to let you know I would be sharing something from her soon. Plus, I know she checks in here from China from time to time and it's a way to give a shout out to her between our phone calls. :)

The BONUS post--a dose of inspiration...
Ok, so this is totally a bonus post. But, I thought I didn't leave you much inspiration yet on this blog. So, let me share this with you. I had a quote that I took from one of the church services that we went to and it said this...
"Wake up expecting God to use simple things to teach life lessons." That in itself is inspiring. Add to that there was a little note found under that in beautiful childhood handwriting that said WOW. :) Even in the eyes of a child this is inspiring and WOW worthy.
